Bakhtiari nomadic pastoralists are the nomadic herders dwelling in Zagros and their territory stretches from Khuzestan to Isfahan and Chahar Mahaal va Bakhtiari province. Once they had the longest and most hazardous seasonal treks. They are a rough and diligent people and their life is mingled with the rough nature of Zardkuh (Yellow Mountain).
